Saw the first episode of ABC's "The Path to 9/11". Everything in that first episode should be well known facts to everyone here. The only surprise to me was that Diana Deans was white.
As it so often the case, where failures happen, top management somehow is more worried about themselves then literally putting themselves on the line for the working people - the people with 'dirt under their fingernails'. Even problems of legality verses objectives were properly vetted. But again, if any major event in that first episode was unknown, well, start looking at your news sources. That first episode was accurate.
Meanwhile, I viewed it from an informed position. I just wonder how many will have seen a different story due to not knowing those so many underlying and background stories. How others respond and perceive this 'commercial free' broadcast should be an interesting experiment in perception.
