NO exersise
Drink Beer
Dont eat breakfast
Eat dinner at 9pm go to bed right after.
2 days a week dont eat anything from the time you get up till 9pm then stuff your self with KFC, Mc Donalds, Burger king or toca bell.
Except the 2 days that you only eat at dinner be constantly snacking on chips, pop pudding oreas, and protien shakes.
Eat losts of food with mercurey like fish.
Stop all weigh lifting before you start doing any of these just lie low for a week. I mean like lay around on the couch for a week and just eat.
