My current craving is unusually healthy - Extra Light Philedelphia on Multi Grain Ryvitas (rye based crackers).  I've eaten them every day for the last two weeks, although sadly they are an addition to my diet, not a substitution for anything else. 
 
I ate chicken chilli for dinner for about 8 months once.  With two slices of toast.  I just never saw the reason to have anything else. 
 
I also have cereal jags, although these move more slowly.  At the moment I have Kelloggs Cornflakes and nothing else.  I've thrown away my Special K and Sugar Puffs - I probably won't be back on those for another 10 months.
