The conspiracy to commit law. 5 years ago it became illegal to talk about a crime you are intending/ or not intending to commit. Just talking about killing someone with others is illegal. Actually doing it of course, is also illegal. Unless they have changed the laws about premeditated murder which I don't think they have. How many are fake v. real is not an arguement or debate I want in on..........And you thought Pingu was strange?
