I dunno, I'm always afraid that in real life it manifests as an inappropriate lack of sympathy. On the one hand, I spend a lot of time rolling my eyes and shaking my head at certain foolish relatives (where they can't see of course), but there's a seed of doubt that wonders if I just don't actually know
how to be compassionate.
