as I understand it, the USA has reserved the right to kidnap and 'extraordinary render' any individual that it percieves as damaging to its security....(though securtity is left pretty vague, it is percieved to be both physical and economical).....

As the USA has recently banned on-line gambling as 'against the national interest' and Tessa Jowlell( UK minister for culture & sports) is now heading a european conference on Internet gambling, promoting the concept, does this mean she should now watch out for back helicopters?
