These are the costumes I made.
Beautiful sis-in-law is wearing last year's costume and I am wearing a new one I made this year. I got smart and made the vest, bodices and skirts LACE-UP to accomodate changing waist sizes. ;-)
Husband agreed to the kilt if he could have a sword. To get him into one, I said Yes!
I did not have enough time to shop for fabric to finish the blue costume. I wanted a silver/gray blouse and underskirt. No fabric stores had the type of fabric I wanted, so I used store bought black knit top and skirt.
