Ed Bradley was as cool as they come.
I've great respect for the man's career, accomplishments, awards, yada, yada, yada.
BUT, he's a personal hero because in all his travels covering how the world turns, he met many people who needed help. Quite often instead of rallying assistance through the power of the media, or starting/fronting a charity, he took care of things himself. One on one, no fanfare, just did it.
Yeah, Ed Bradley was as cool as they come.
