I have one that is about fifteen miles from here, small town, that is a well kept secret. Not bad at all if you make an appointment (they actually keep them and call you ahead of all those waiting). They are nice and efficient... I think they are aliens.
But, if yours is "normal", yup, you win.
The ones in LA were like a torture thought up by the govt. in Chile.
