Smoked salmon on table water crackers spread with unsalted butter. With a glass of Bucks Fizz (champagne & fresh orange juice) is my ideal Christmas breakfast.
Another nice way to eat it is wholemeal or granary bread, Philedelphia or any soft cheese of choice, onion relish, then smoked salmon on top with a squeeze of lemon and black pepper to taste.

I can eat smoked salmon til it comes out of my ears....
