My dreams are pretty straight forward, very little symbolism, usually someone/something in the dream just comes out and says it.
The other night I was hit and yelled at in a way that let me know what I was doing wrong in no uncertain terms. The dream was so intense that I woke up covered in sweat, with my heart racing, and sitting upright in bed.
I remember perhaps one dream every 2-3 months.
