Rich - yes, we brought a whole fish (sans head) that weighed probably about 25lbs, and two fillets from a fish that was about the same size. We had to cut the whole fish in half to fit in the bbq- we stuffed it with lemon, butter, onions & dill then wrapped it in foil and cooked it for several hours. We did the fillets basically the same way.
$10 a pound? I bet it is farmed. I've had people tell me that they are paying up to $20 a pound for wild fish, and for those who insist on buying the Copper River fish, they pay around $28 a pound!
