All my best wishes to Mrs CF. A number of my Mum's friends have been through it, but at the end of last year a work colleague 2 years older than me had it done and that really brought home the reality.
I do know by association that recovery will take longer than she expects. Whatever the doctors say, add on another 8 weeks. She'll really need your support especially at the beginning.
I'm so pleased to hear that it's been a positive experience for her. I hope her healing is as easy as it can be and she settles down to appreciate the benefits asap.
