I'd actually never kept track of how long I spend...but I'd say, aside from cycling or hikes, never more than 3 hours. That seems a bit vain but if I didn't do that much exercise I'd blow a gasket.
I ran for an hour today after not having run for 6 months or so. Felt so good.
