Hmm....I am erratic, I don't really follow any kind of regime. I eat what I want to for a while, then i try to eat healthily for a while....then I get bored and go back to my diet of chinese take outs and supernoodles.
I don't do any 'formal' exercise, but I walk a lot. I also tend not to be still for any great length of time, unless I am working on the computer (doing an essay, or avoiding doing an essay by mucking about in the cellar).
I don't do drugs...much. I drink too much. I smoke intermittently.
I try to avoid too much stress......but seem to find myself in stressed situations anyway. I spend a fair amount of time by myself when i feel the need to. I spend time with friends and family when I want to. I play with my dog a lot.
