I would have been happy with a win for the Ukraine - I would have accepted it more as a vote for the song, not the country. Or Sweden, Bulgaria, Georgia, France (well... I found it funny anyway).
It's not so much that I thought we had a
great song, just that in my opinion it wasn't the second worst song in the contest. The opener for example - Bosnia-Herzegovina. In fact any of the first three - I didn't wake up until Ireland came on and that was only to say, "Is it really supposed to sound like that?!"
