C'mon, someone had to say it.
But really, spicy foods are having an effect on me now that I'm middle-aged. I still love chili, hot turkey sausages, samosas, tacos, etc. Unfortunately, they do have an effect on me. On the other hand, eating a lot of salad also has an effect on me. So if I'm going to have the same aggravation over spicy foods that I have over salads, guess whats I'm going to choose.
