Mozilla 1.2 is good. Throw some more memory at it as well. If it uses 72 pin sims, you should be able to find some online for cheap. That's the quickest route to golden-ness.
Might want to consider an upgrade to an AMD K6/2 400 or 500 if the mobo supports 83 or 100 Mhz bus speeds.
