I could never give up beef. Pork chicken and fish I could do without but I love hamburgers and steak too much. Also growing up in a cattle producing area and living on a farm I feel too much for the farmers to quit eating beef.
I have no problems with vegetarians though, I applaud them actually for there dedication to their health, but if anyone of them tried to shove the idea of being a vegetarian down my throat I'd have to hurt them.
