Argh, I am an asshole - I just looked again, and we could, at the very worst, kludge your motherboard in there - but Asus didn't change the ports very much (they usually put the audio vertical, which is how I thought this motherboard was - but it's not), so it looks like it'll fit in that case.
I definitely recommend adding some fans though. So forget my case - I think that one will work fine.
