Yeah, they put the provolone slices under the meat, which I don't really get, but maybe that's how it's done. I know someone here was a huge fan of the Whiz, was it wolf maybe?

Size-wise, the sandwich is about 9 inches long. You're right though, the bread is a soft roll, not crispy at all. I'll be happy to be treated to all the food anyone wants to buy me if I ever manage to make it up to Pennsylvania!
