What do you do when you go to sleep at 2am?

Do you have a routine? Do you have something that is your trigger that it is sleep time?

To get up at 8, you only need to be going to sleep at midnite, that shouldnt be too hard, its just an adjustment of 2 hours.

Most of the fact that you cant sleep earlier in the nite will be in your head, just start your wind down routine a bit earlier.

Read a book, do some homework, they are usually guaranteed to make you sleepy.

Stop doing anything mentally stimulating an hour before you should be going to bed, like, 11pm.

I used to work shift work, try getting off going from getting up at 4.00am one week to getting home from work at 6am the next week.

Back in those days, I used to be able to sleep no problems, just laid down and I was out cold.

Now, its drug induced or nothing.
