Here's what I've done so far. Purple is what I'm supposed to do, black is what I've actually done . Hopefully, I'll be on track now, and the plan is to do cycling as my cross training, with an occasional pilates video for core strength and freeweights for upperbody strength.

The pic isn't that good, stupid paint. Sry.
