I've clearly explained to you before why people get upset with you. I'll try again, since you seem open to it at the moment, and I really want you to understand.

It's not because you disagree with them, it's the way you do it--with remarks such as "you are a moron," "you are stupid," "this is beneath me," "this is a waste of time," "you can't comprehend what you read," etc. etc. And you don't treat just one or two people like that, you do it to anyone who responds to you with an opposing view.

People disagree with each other all the time here--that's part of what makes the Cellar so interesting. But there's just no need for those extra insults that I pointed out, which you've engaged in much too regularly. It's those insults in the midst of good discussion that piss people off, because they drag down what might otherwise be a fun and intelligent debate, to just plain rudeness.
