My non-selfish answer is for my family and friends to be happy and safe.

My selfish answer is just a little breathing room a la money. Oh, and a camera. And a DVD-rom. And cable. And home internet. A new car. Some clothes. A trip to a cabin with a sweet, funny, caring man. To feel better. Etc and so on...
