Haddock Florentine.
Poach haddock in milk
Put spinach in bottom of dish, put poached haddock on top
Make cheese sauce out of milk used to poach haddock and pour over the above
Put grated cheese on all of the above
Grill (broil?) until brown and crispy on top.
