I can't imagine how it could all add up to that much, regardless of what ingredients you put in it.
I make lasagne about that size which is delish and I estimate it'd probably cost around about $20 tops. Possibly less depending on what sort of meat I use for the sauce.
I'll usually have two gound pork sauce layers (top and bottom) which will include such items as eggplant, zucchini, onion, garlic, other herbs, red wine etc. Then a layer of riccotta and spinach. Sometimes then I'll put in a layer of roasted then mashed pumpkin.
Every layer has a beschemel sauce topping which is quick to make and relatively inexpensive and you can use whatever cheeses you like.
I'd call the above a supreme lasagne, but I don't have a set recipie. Sometimes I'll throw some anchovies in the meat sauce for example, or I might use different veges or different sorts of ground meat.
I still can't imagine spending $90 on one lasagne though. That just blows my mind.
