You know, I hate this game. I hated it when it was a tv show, Richard Dawson? (Gawd. I looked it up and I *did* remember it correctly. Why, o, why am I wasting brain cells remembering the name of a host of a game show that I hate?)
The whole premise of the show, think like a sheep and be quick about it; the better sheep you are, the less original, the less creative, the less intelligent you are the more you will be rewarded--offended me. People were being encouraged to be stupid. This was alarming to me and I think it's a direct precursor to lots of other shit tv that carried on even to today, often to levels of painful wincing caricature. Jerry Springer comes to mind. (Yes, I know that's not a game show. The people on both shows all battle to be "The Stupidest!") I am embarrassed for all of them. Are they all too stupid to feel shame? Apparently. [/rant]
