corporate decisions, and the decisions of non-governmental organizations, and the firings, complaints, opinions, etc. are NOT things that can be called 'dictating what can and cannot be said'. If I was a CEO and one of my big time employees, for example, went on an anti-gay, or anti-black, or anti-anyone crusade, I would fire him for sure... but I would be opposed to the GOVERNMENT saying I had to.
