What are the odds?

LEMITAR, N.M. — Police say two cousins traveling in the opposite direction on Interstate 25 in central New Mexico have been killed in a traffic crash.

New Mexico Department of Public Safety spokesman Peter Olson identifies them as 58-year-old Deborah Hughes of Mesa, Ariz., and 68-year-old Tom Zimmerman of Lemitar.

Olson says Hughes was driving a northbound car Monday when she crossed into the median near Lemitar and went airborne into the northbound lanes, hitting a truck and then a motorcycle driven by Zimmerman.

Olson says Hughes was on her way to visit her father in the area.

Zimmerman was a former Socorro County sheriff.

That's the whole story so you don't need to follow the link, but I got it from Fox, so if you want to verify that it came from a credible news source... you're pretty well screwed.
