I would like to point out that there are conflicting paradigms here (cough): there seems to be a military report tier (a la cleaning latrines with toothbrushes); and a naughty schoolchild report (bend over for the willow switch).

So which is it, hmm? Can't make up your mind?

Bend over and clean that toilet while I switch your behind!
