My ideal (unhealthy) salad would probably be a classic Chicken Caesar - with anchovies natch. Or if I have a really big appetite a Cobb Salad.
But if I go to the salad bar in Sainsburys (and my mouth is watering now thinking about it) I always include:
Olives
Peppers
Red onion - or scallions if they have them
Boiled egg
Blue cheese dressing
Kidney beans/ chickpeas
Couscous
No, none of them go together, I just love them!
And I am queen of filling the carton to the max.
