I am old enough that, when I was in junior high school, dress codes had yet to sufficiently relax to allow girls to wear slacks, let alone jeans. Therefore, skirts and dresses were required. In our lunchroom, my pubescent friends and I selected a table that was perfectly juxtaposed opposite the cheerleader/hot chicks lunch table. We dubbed this pairing "Beaver Valley" in honor of the frequent appearance of the noble cotton clad beastie that resulted from carelessly clasped knees or sudden swivels to standing position.

Ah, youth.
