I am so pleased to hear it!
Keep an eye on your diet (as in your food intake) and your mood, just for your own reassurance. A diet diary can help pick up things which fly under a doctor's radar.
For the record, I don't. Telling you so I don't feel hypocritical. But I know sugar gives me a headache and I am very sensitive to caffeine. Also that I can lose weight on a high carb diet but it makes me very hungry.
Learn about your own body and it will help.
Again - glad you don't have a long term health condition.
