Sept 1st 2006....Hmmmm....if you wait a couple years you won't have to worry about W. Of course then Jeb might send a couple hundred thousand troops to vote changes in your state unless you raise the voting age to 30 or so. But that might not work either, because you can't trust anyone over 30.
