Depends on the road, conditions, time of day, and whether or not I'm in my "home" jurisdiction (You know, the one where I know all the cops and have a get out of jail free card?), but typically 5-10 over.
And don't let me on a road that has one of those "you know how fast you're going" speed signs ...
(I actually vary on how I deal with them, either seeing how high I can get it to go, or seeing if I can hit the exact number)
