Yes, I am totally fucking serious, try it sometime. You can crush the captain crunch and use it as a crumb coating on top of the brie, or dip the little cereal pieces in like crackers, either way.

I'm gonna try it next time I go to Wegman's (the only store around that carries goat brie).
I saw on food tv the other night, a restaurant that serves french toast with a Capn' Crunch coating. I told the kids about it and they weren't impressed.... maybe the brie will go over better....
