I don't think the trooper did anything wrong. Unless these people needed an ambulance there was no reason for them to pull in behind a trooper during a traffic stop. Actually, even if they needed an ambulance there was no reason to pull in behind the trooper. You're in a car having an emergency? Call 911 from your cell phone. Don't come in behind a cop during one of the most dangerous parts of his job.
