One of my next door neighbors has been playing his or her stereo since the early afternoon. Not very loud, but seems they have it right against the wall that I share with them, so that I've been treated to various tempos of bass for several hours now.
What makes it just a little more annoying is that I can't just go knock on their door and tell them to please cut the bass--their apartment is in a different building from mine.
So I am sitting here hoping they either go out, or that their electric will be shut off any minute from nonpayment.
