Not immediately RFN, but in the spirit. I meant to download it as soon as I came back but completely forgot.

Went for a walk alone earlier this week (Mum had to take Grandad to the hospital) and took a pic of myself full of the joys of spring. No make up, hair all sweaty, but the sky was blue and I was at the top of the park and it made me happy.
