right, I've apologized to people, too - if they don't accept it, that's their problem. Merc offers no apology -- just claims ignorance and refuses to see where he is wrong. I don't understand why that behavior gets a pass from some people either, but those that do pass on him aren't people I find I want to engage in anyway. I despise boring, selfish people.
