I will help cook 600 chicken halves at the lodge on Saturday morning. We'll have them ready at 1100 hrs. and will prolly be sold out by 1400. They will be ready about the same time the parade is winding up.
on plate: a half grilled chicken (sauce on side), tater salad, green beans, roll, and a piece of cake.
