I went and looked at the link. Horse meat was one of the issues in the link. I was
explaining that in California,
the people get to vote on things like that, and
used the example of the horse meat issue
as one that I had voted on.
You assumed I was referring to something else, but I never, once, mentioned spay and neuter in my post.
