Solar Phenomenon in Advance of Isabel
There were several pics where I got this one ( www.spaceweather.com).
The clouds in advance of the leading edge of Isabel produced these very cool apparitions. Sundog, circumscribed circle, parhelia and you can see a part of the complete solar circle.
