I read this story this morning too. It made me SO fucking pissed. It just seems like that "cop" had his mind set on how he was going to do this and he wouldn't deviate from the script in his head.
Not only should he be fired and barred from EVER having a position of authority, he should be put in jail and fined his life savings.
