Forgot to update this for the last two weeks!
Oops!
I gained two lbs last week, but I did assume it was a blip, so not recording my weight here wasn't connect to that.
This week, though, I went from 17,4 to 16,11.
In terms of lbs that's 7lbs difference.
In terms of kgs, go find ya own conversion site - I can only manager it on my fingers!
With the 'rents away now until at least a week on Monday, I'll have to see how we do apart.
Given that I am on a new anti-drepressant and some librium as an incentive not to drink, and Zolft to help me sleep, I think I might manage okay.
Still, as you can tell by this thread, this is my 6th week and so far I've lost a stone with no drugs, so I'm hoping they'll just be a backup.
Be nice to do some topless cycling on the exercise bike though.
