Yesterday, it was brats with a side of sauteed diced radishes, radish greens, spring shallots and new potatoes.
Tonight it's going to be grilled flank steak and asparagus with ... polenta? or a little pasta? in a tarragon-caper butter sauce. Subject to change if Badger doesn't make it back from Dawl-gren at a reasonable time. Or if I just change my mind.
