Overall, I liked it, but I had a few problems:

Scotty's sidekick.
The Galaxy Quest engine room design.
The destruction of a planet being visible - even huge - in the sky of another planet several minutes away at warp speed. There were plenty of forgivable science problems, but that wasn't one of them.
