I don't think I'm ahead of anyone really. I like cooking and I think it's something useful to be able to do. I think anyone can do if they really want to. It's all really just a process.
I think you cook some great stuff All. Keep posting stuff. I'm going to start asking for recipes soon. lol

That frosting is so easy to make. Just cream some butter (about half a stick) then add in a couple of cups of icing sugar and a tiny bit of hot water (or milk) and away you go. Much better than in the shops.
