Well it was just me and the HR manager whom i get along with pretty well and i have known for a while now. Sorry for saying they it was a bad choice of words.I told him i was clean and didnt send anythng inappropriate or anything like that. And he wants to make sure i am covered in case it does come down to the point where it will need to be taken to the next level. He will talk to her only once i have decided to file he just wanted to have everything ready that might be needed later on i guess. But i still kept the emails saved and in another email account just in case....But thanks it looks like i might be needing luck on my side now. man this sucks......
